STEP 2
After addressing your questions and concerns, an in-house or on-site appointment is scheduled for a technician to verify exactly what is needed.
STEP 3
Upon verification we will provide a quote for the service. This ensures mutuality for you, our customer, and DC Comfort Air.
STEP 4
Once you, our valued customer, approves the quote, we set a date and time for the work to begin, and we require a deposit payment to get the work started.
STEP 5
When the entire job is completed, we test and inspect everything. Afterwards, we show you and explain everything that has occurred. At this time we encourage you to ask all the questions you have, as we love to educate you on the services, installations, and repairs we do.
